Lewiston's FERC Permit was not issued.  After 3 years of review, FERC decided on 8/99 that they did not have jurisdiction at this site. 

Currently, we have proposed to develop the site for Trinity P.U.D., who has been given the site by the Bureau.  Trinity is proceeding with the Bureau to examine the site and may develop the site themselves or with partners. 

We will continue to propose to develop the site if their arrangements with the Bureau are not successful.
